2 ans, presque 60!

2 birthday LOs, one of my grandniece on her 2nd birthday and one my almost turning 60!

I used Doodlebug 'all boy' papers even though I was scrapbooking a girl and the papers worked out great. American Craft alphas worked beautifully to highlight Gabie's 2nd birthday! A little Glimmer Glaze and voilà!

Using some older papers, a doily from the M store, flowers I had in my stash, American Craft alphas a LO of me as I will be turning 60 in June!! I cannot believe it!!

Both LOs were done using Creative Scrappers sketches.

Some new work

Today LOs are from  LCOM and  from Creative Scrappers sketch book.

This sketch is done by the talented Kristine Davidson at Creative Scrappers, her sketch book, which by the way she sells as a hard copy and/or a PDF version. Great to have on your IPad or IPhone.

This one is entitled: COOL SNACK

This one is titled VOLE (fly) is part of being on the LCOM design team, this LO is sketch    #132 from Nathalie.

This one is titled Tattoo/artistique made with papers I won at Crop and Create as part of Scrapbooking and Cards Today in Moncton this spring. They are from the collection Doodlebug, boys only. Well I pretty much only scrapbooked girls and found that  I could still use it. I found the perfect pics of my grand-niece who had marked her arm with markers LOL. NSD at LCOM

LCOM (Let's Capture Our Memories) held a crop in Moncton as part of National Scrapbooking Day. We had great shopping and creating. I completed 3 LOs and a double page LO and was very pleased with what I did.

Volunteering at the hospital was my next LO and was inspired by a Creative Scrappers sketch by Kristine Davidson published book and I titled this 100 heures (the #s add up to 100)

  • I was inspired to try out the Pagemaps LO contest and I had fun with the ice cream theme of the LO. It's titled crême (in French) and is of some friends from France visiting me this summer.

The double page LO was inspired by a sketch challenge made by one of the LCOM sketchers: JJ Sobey and inspired by the photos of Crop and Create, Scrapbooking and Cards Today in Moncton which I recently attended. The LO is titled: Scrappy Sisters.

Until the next time, CREATE.
